Ben has been responsible for over a billion dollars of revenue as a Production/Creative Services Director, consultant, audio designer, and composer. Having worked in the radio industry for over 20 years, Ben has had the opportunity to work at some of the world’s most respected call letters with some of the most influential persons in the business.
He has experienced working at the #1 stations in every market he has held a production position (WLWZ/WELP Z104 and WJMZ 107.3 JAMZ in the Carolinas, WPGC in Washington, DC, HOT 97 NYC, 98.7 KISS FM NYC, CD 101.9 NYC). Ben held the national post as Head Of Production for the critically acclaimed and nationally syndicated Michael Baisden Show. Now Ben launches “BBTheKing Creative”, his formal independent production house. He is currently producing for Entercom’s KBLX in San Francisco, CBS Radio’s WBAV in Charlotte/NC and others that have chosen to keep Ben as their secret weapon.
In addition to handling his production duties, Ben created a successful production library called “The Heat” for XRadio Networks for 6 years. He is now in the process of producing another library that has been the buzz of the industry. As a composer, Ben has written for the likes of Chaka Khan and Usher, and has produced remixes for Britney Spears, R Kelly, Jill Scott and more. He currently a staff composer for No Sheets Music in London.

Anthony got his first start in the music industry as a DJ in Brooklyn and Miami. In the early 90’s, he established is own production company and began working behind the scenes producing tracks and score music for over 20 years. Known for creating new sounds and “on the spot” production, he is often credited among his peers as the “Beat Beast”.
His love of music and production made it an easy transition into radio imaging production for major radio imaging industry: The Mix Group, Benztown and Sirius XM Radio. He produced CHR, Country, Rock, Urban, sports and commercial spots. He also created promos for ESPN, Fox Sports, Sirius XM and produced ads for Caribbean companies: Grace Foods and Western Union.
Now, Anthony joins forces with “Amped”, producing creative “on the spot” imaging.

I started DJing IN 1988 with Johnny Q, Then in 1991 we got an overnight shift on then “Rhythm Radio 95.1 FM called “The other side of midnight”…After which I moved on to work with top DJ group “Chinese Laundry”. We played together from 1994 to 1998 specializing in Dub plates & Mixes.
In 1995 I was introduced to 96.1 WEFM as a Production Engineer. My stint at 96.1 went from 1995 to 2005 where I imaged the station with Jingles, Promos, ID’s etc. In 2005 I started production work for the new RED 96.7 FM. In 2008 I decided to go Freelance and work Independently. Since then I’ve Imaged various Radio Station Formats & I’ve produced concert commercials for some of the biggest international artists eg. John Legend, Ne-Yo, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, R Kelly, Usher, Fantasia, Tyga, Kid Ink, Busta Rhymes, Shaggy, Tessanne Chin, India Arie, Shakira, Sting, Diana Ross, Smokey Robinson, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Natalie Cole, Whitney Houston, Rod Stewart, P Diddy, LL Cool J, Mary J Blige, Heather Headley. Reggae Artists such as Jah Cure, Beres Hammond, Tarrus Riley, Busy Signal, Chronixx, Romain Virgo, Sanchez, Buju Banton, Shabba Ranks, SuperCat.

Denzil Lacey is the Production Director with Dublin’s Number 1 Music Station – FM104.
I’ve been in Radio Studios for as long as I can remember – my parents used to have to bring me to their Radio Show back in the early 90s when I was probably only a few weeks old – so I think that I was destined to eventually work in Radio. Pretty much my entire teens was taken over by helping out in Radio Stations in Dublin and trying to figure out what it was I wanted to do in the industry.
Denzil is the Production Director at Dublin’s Number One Music Station – FM104. Previously he worked with Ireland’s biggest Radio Brands and Ireland’s National State Broadcaster, RTÉ and has other credits such as SPIN1038, SPIN South West and Classic Hits 4FM to his name.
He has several awards under his belt and opened The Imaging Days 2016 in Amsterdam – speaking to hundreds of Radio and Imaging people from across the world.
